Been great with rearranging my adult weekend booking, originally booked for June 2020 due to covid we was able to change to September 2020, of course this was cancelled again and it is now for September 2021, not had to pay any extra either and was so easy, customer service was great too. I also stayed at Butlins for a family holiday in october 2020, premium dining was great and the booking entertainment option was good at getting us a guaranteed table. Only downside was that we had to isolate for 14 days afterwards due to members of staff being positive but I know that's not Butlins fault.

An excellent company that each and every member of staff help towards that "creating a new memory" for every family. Despite the very hard work they are doing with the guidance from the government, Butlins continue to invest a lot to the resorts and keep a great name going.

I went to Skegness and found them to be outstanding and willing to go the extra mile to help every one smile. Considering that the company has such tight restrictions applied to them, the continue to smile and offer the very best to all. I personally recommend Butlins Minehead, been going there for over twenty years now and continue to do so.

To all Butlins staff, you are doing a wonderful job and a hard one. Remember that you all help make a difference and help so many people smile. I would highly recommend Butlins has a place to visit and stay
